Lisa spinat ja basiilik, kuumuta kuni spinat on sulanud.
Spinati-risoni supp / neljale
2Ü
2spl õli
2 sibulat, hakitud
2 küüslaugu küünt, hakitud
1,5l köögivilja puljongit
200g risoni pastat
200g külmutatud spinatit
2 vart varssellerit, hakitud
30g basiilik, rebitud
Kuumuta õli suures potis, lisa sibul ja küüslauk, kuumuta paar minutit. Lisa seller ning kuumuta veel, kuni sibul on pehme.
Lisa kuum puljong sibulasegule ning kuumuta keemiseni, lisa risoni pasta (riisiterakujuline pasta), vähenda kuumust ning hauta 8 minutit, sega aeg-ajalt.
Another green soup. I just recently read somewhere or was it someone sayin, you should have soup once per week, keeps your digestion in order :)
Original recipe from Vegie Meal again. I replaced some of the ingredients, as they are not available fresh around here.
Spinach-risoni soup / Serves 4
2tbs oil
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1,5l vegetable stock
200g risoni
200g freezed spinach
2 stalks celery
30g basil, torn
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and garlic, cook over medium heat for 2-3min. Add celery and heat a bit more, till onion and celery are bit softer.
Add the hot stock to the onion mixture and bring to the boil. Add the risoni, reduce the heat and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the spinach and basil to the risoni and heat till the spinach is all melted.

If only that yucky celery would not be in ... :)
K, you can skip the celery and add something else. :)
I've done it with green beans once. You could also add some chicken, if only veggies are too little.
Anyway, I looooove celery! :)
